Every time i see an American guy on Instagram he looks like this pic related. The British ones do too yet when you go outside here you do see a good share of muscular and fit guys walking around in among the fatties. Same with the women. I can walk down the street right now and see several lean athletic women with instathot bodies mixed in with everyone else. When i see public spaces in America and parks everyone there is fat, you don't see any of these gym people that are everywhere promoting gym and fitness culture online.
