It's legal here in Canada now and it helps many, mainly the elderly and sick. Plenty of people have also used it to quick alcoholism. The elderly have been able to bin many of the pills they where on because now they can eat a piece of a weed cookie and be good for 2 or 3 days. Crime is down because people are not getting busted for shitty $10 bags of weed freeing up the police for other things that actually hurt people rather than victim less crimes like possessing or smoking a joint.
That said that weed in OP photo is what we here in Canada call "Mexican dirt weed" and it sells for $60 an Oz.
