To be fair they do generate more revenu that the male team so of course they should be paid more.

I love hockey and yes, I watch the Women's IIHF Championships. I also watch liiga and AHL but refuse to watch KHL or SHL.

World cups are every 4 years, and the men's WC makes 45× the women's so it would take almost 200 years (50 women's world cups) to equal the revenue of just one mens WC.

Phelps is obviously a great swimmer, but counting medals is pointless. Swimming has 540 different events so it's "easy" to rack up medals even though you're still basically doing the same thing.
