Russia and Eastern Europe have more Asiatic genetic influence than "Western" i.e. Catholic/Protestant Europe. Basically, being in a country with an Orthodox Church culture signifies slight Asian ancestry (maybe Poles and some other Central Euros can be lumped in, despite being Catholics).
Ok, well look at what's going on in the U.S. Those Western Europeans without the Asiatic influence seen in Eastern Europe migrated to North America, with Northwestern European Protestants specifically being the majority of Americans until about the 1920s. Irish and Italians made up the bulk of the Catholic population.
Now, we have these mestizos from Latin America and full blown Asians moving in, intermarrying with whites at high rates. That means year new generation of Americans get an influx of Asiatic genes. Eventually, this will spread throughout the American gene pool. The extent being determined by how long mass immigration continues.
We already see in the continental U.S. it only took about 3 generations for Japanese Americans to effectively disappear as a unique genetic entity. Nearly all "Japanese" in the U.S. are mixed with whites by now (Hawaii being an exception).
In addition to all the foreign Asiatics, we have our Native Amerinds who also intermarry with whites to the extent that only 10% of Amerinds are more than 90% Native.
So, the U.S. will become a shitty country with a first world military, like Russia. Basically, de Tocqueville predicted this.

>Seizes all assets of any illegal found in the country
