I really tried to understand what you just said but failed miserably. Slowly drip-feed normies redpills and ask thought-provoking questions, or, you know, sit like a drone with your mouth shut and your mind dulled until you snap one day and off-yourself before doing or affecting anything.

Unironically the best motivator for me to learn how to be social.
The idea is that you do some bullshit workout - I do squats, doing farmers walks between each set, then overhead press, doing farmers walks between each set, then deadlifts, doing lat pulldowns between each set, then do squats again, doing pullups between each set, then do sets of 5 minutes cardio, three minutes lat pulldowns, and just repeat this shit until I get to about 70 minutes (by this time I've burned 1200-1400 calories).
Then I find somebody doing an exercise I don't know, and ask them to show me.
It's amazing how easy conversation is when you're both too tired to think plan sentences, and too adrenalized to think about the second/third step in a conversation.
It's absolutely incredible. I don't even go to the gym to workout. I go because it helps me practice not being a sperg in conversation.
I don't stutter anymore, I can hold conversations without trying to autistically plan shit, I don't soend minutes agonizing over and thinking about every last word, and most of all, I don't spend days thinking about all the mistakes I made in conversation.
I'm working on applying that conversation methodology beyond the gym.

You're going to find that most of the workers are generally right-leaning.
