I'm going to study in Berlin for a couple of weeks and i wonder if there are any things i should refrain from doing.
I know the basics of calling people that are older than yourself "sie" and the basic, but any other things i should know about? Norms and other things.
Depends on the crowd. Could trigger severe hissy fits with the cultists. But you should be used to that shit from at home I guess. Mostly I assume you will be met with silence on the topic while a few might go full 1488 on you.
They will throw you in prison if you even say only 5,999,999 Jews might have been killed in the holohoax. Be careful in clown world.
Jayden Morris
Any way to make sure that people are 1488? Like mentioning something or do you just have to make a wild guess?
John Hernandez
Yeah, i'm going to use some jewish tricks and put on my good goy face
Joshua Young
you never can tell for sure, that's why it has been hard for normal people to gather around this topic we're in Stasi mode regarding this topic since the Nuernberg trials
Berlin is a left wing hellhole. Hide the fuck out of your powerlevel.
Jonathan Martin
nah you're still allowed to say >mustache man bad and even encouraged to the chance to encounter a fellow national socialist in Berlin is almost at zero
Easton Parker
What is the most that i can show?
Carson Moore
Do you know if the state monitors people in Germany? It would be good to know since i have a lot of natsoc shit on both my phone and computer
James Rodriguez
Know which direction is Mecca, get on your knees and pray when the call to prayer blares from the closest mosque prayer tower. "Allah Ahkbar" is the most important phrase in Kraut.
You are from Sweden, so this is nothing new. It is useful for somebody from outside the Caliphate like us.
Jordan Johnson
what do you think generally? not extensively idk about people coming here from outside but I have a few VS niggers on my arse constantly
Kek, me too. Has not hurt me so far. Even if they do monitor I doubt they will act unless you post some bullshit under your real name or send death threats to Merkel. Only hard time I had was sometimes resisting my ... Austrian reflexes over there.
Avoid the Neuköln district. Then again, you’d feel probably right at home there.
Tyler Bennett
Don't spread swastikas and you'll be fine. Just try to enjoy your time here - if you're going to discuss politics (don't know what the aim of that would be on a short visit) maybe start out by listening to people's opinions and go from there.
Easton Bennett
>or send death threats to Merkel kek something like this?
someone who emails a Siemens boss with >[email protected] isn't the brightest to begin with desu
Parker Cox
Berlin is probably the only place in Europe more infrsted by left wing tards and stinky hippys than metropolitan Sweden. If you swing that way you'll feel right at home but otherwise don't try to get too attached to it and visit other German cities in your meantime to get to experiece actual german culture. Berlin is Mannhattan tier of a melting pot by now and a literal hellhole due to the lesser freedoms provided by the government which make Manhattan still somewhat interesting. Have fun walking around campus. It's as close to a freak show as you'll get.
John Green
I will be staying at a german mom and her son so there won't be much time at a campus thank god.
Jaxon Phillips
Ah alright, so i'm pretty safe when posting here
Sebastian Perry
Any local place where i can enjoy some actuall german culture? A bierhalle or somewhere else?
Eli Phillips
Not downtown but if you visit a pub in the outskirts or are willing to take a trainride on a weekend to some other "bigger" city like Leipzig, Rostock or even Hamburg if you want to visit an actual cool place you will experience what life in Germany actually is like. Berlin is just too far gone to actually be considered part of this country. The parks and streets are filled with hippy beggars or hippy university students. The nightlife is filled with degenerate rave druggos or gay skinheads and there's refugees EVERYWHERE.
Brody Reyes
Literally nothing. Remember the political spectrum is already shifted a good deal to the left in Germany compared to most other countries. Something an American would consider centrist is already seen as right wing over here. With that being said even within the German context Berlin is super extra liberal, so unless the guy you're talking to has a literal swastika tattoo on his neck you don't say shit.
Colton Ramirez
Also trains in Germany are expensive as fuck, often even more than flying. But you can buy a "Quer-durchs-Land-Ticket" for forty bucks which lets you ride almost any public transportation in Germany for 24hours. Pretty square deal to cover a long distance ride for a day trip and back.
Cooper Edwards
This. Berlin is so much to the left it's about to tilt down from the scale. Doing Jow Forums tier comments in public is already dangerous since they are very sensitive about their nazi past and all such jokes happen in private behind closed doors. So unless you are talking to someone who has heil hitler tatooed on his forehead beware with your power level or you will get beaten up by a ton of onions-reeking fists with hemp marks on them.
Jose Powell
Damn, this is going to be hard. I knew that Berlin was pretty shit but not this bad, the sandniggers are nothing new but i don't know if i'm going to be able to stand all the gay people
Hunter Lee
I might make some friends at the school i'm going to so i might be able to take them somewhere that isn't Berlin
Jason Davis
Forty dollars?! In Sweden you can get a train ticket for about 4 dollars and we think that's expensive.
Do you have some premium trains or what?
Henry Sullivan
For some actual German culture you should check out Bavaria if you have the chance. Some nice cultural sights, a comparatively more conservative mindset and of course the best beer in the country.
Ian Campbell
Unironically true.
Christopher Phillips
Show, that youre a big cocksucking faggot, and everything will be good.
Angel Ortiz
That would be really nice, problem is that i'm going to school from mon to fri so i just have the weekend to visit bavaria
Adam Reed
this . They because If they allow 5,999,999 they'll have to allow 5,999,998 and so on.
Evan Taylor
So do a day trip. There are tours that offer both of the major castles (Neuschwanstein and Linderhof) as well as some of the more rural areas in just under 11 hours.
Henry Jenkins
>NatSoc >anti-capitalism what?
Henry Thomas
as a german,i keep my ass out of 2 regions first one is southern bavaria, everything south of danube is cancer and berlin enjoy your stay, but be careful, this city is full of egocentric fucks
Oliver Ward
How long does it take to travel across Germany with train?
Hunter Sanders
I'm used to not getting into other peoples shit and just keeping to my own
I like to go to Berlin to drink, anywhere else worth going in Germany for a drink?
Parker Ortiz
depends on wich mood the Bahn is desu its not that bad, but be aware of the hypocrisy and general childishness if you can cruise along with this shit you should be fine with these people, they are very open for new people as you might reckon
Bentley Wright
A bit less than 4 hours.
Lucas Lewis
Then it should be fine, four hours is nothing
David Richardson
Sounds jus like Sweden, except more hate towards white people
David Perry
That's gonna be a hard one
Nathan Rodriguez
Berlin is full with niggers and oil eyes, you should feel right at home.
Carter Mitchell
Whats wrong with southern Bavaria? I've honestly only ever heard people from Berlin talking shit about it.
I am already studying in Canada for most of the year. It's honestly horrible, but I want to do it so I can work for more money in that country and come back home with it. If you won't get huge tangible benefit out of it, I don't think it's worth it
Blake Taylor
the most hate towards whites you will find in the "arabic" dominated parts, they ,rightfully, laugh at the lefties and the city politics in general, they thing more in might is right terms and so on and will push their assumed position of dominance in your face if you go in certain areas if you go to the "normal city parts" they are fine and blend in as good as they can in this circus anyways, have a great time and ,as above all, hide you powerlevel, even the sandmans have to do it
Jeremiah Peterson
What's the worst part? Is it all the faggots and niggers?
Michael Clark
I dont think theres any german culture left in germany. Its just so gone country
Benjamin Jenkins
>even the sandmans have to do it
Then you know it's bad, but thanks for the advice
Chase Ortiz
i just realy dont like the innerpolitic aspects of these regions, too much control and prohibiton for my taste great landscape, frendly people but i dont want to get assblasted for possesing picograms of *not alcohol* also it is very very expensive down there
Ethan Lewis
Well, you should ask that question on Jow Forums and not here.
Brandon Thomas
that's part of it, but I honestly started to notice that those are just symptoms of a society lacking any kind of common denominator. People have no reason to talk to each other, nobody is sociable. Everybody has a 3 person group of friends and never goes out of it. Nobody feels any connection to larger society or other Canadians. In Romania we all feel like we have something in common with each other at least. I don't know if it's that bad in Germany yet, but this lack of societal coherence is likely why people are so apathetic to fags and niggers anyway
Justin Edwards
Take birth control pills with you. You're gonna get raped.
Noah Myers
It's pretty much the same here in Sweden, we don't really have anything incommon except our history. I hope it's better in Germany
Oliver Ramirez
Thanks for explaining, i went to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and had a really good time there.
Samuel Foster
Visit eastern germany. Quedlinburg is quite beautiful.
Jordan Evans
Yeah i heard that east germany is more conservative becuase of all the DDR shit, so that might also be a destination
Kevin King
Brauhaus in Spandau and Mauer park on a Sunday,
Caleb Taylor
People will be way more forgiving about your right wing opinions than they are with other Germans. They would try to lecture you, though. I'd just avoid it since it isn't worth the hustle on a vacation.
