The "Alt Right" was never a cohesively organized movement based around unified personalities in charge of it. There were a few figures that got associated with it at various points from since around 2015, such as Alex Jones, Milo Yiannopoulos, Ben Shapiro, that egg-headed guy, and Lauren Southern. There were probably other personalities well associated with that phenomenon, as well. "Alt Right" was a term more general then than people often give it credit for. What do the egg-headed neo-Nazi guy and Ben Shapiro really have in common? Very little, perhaps only that they were, or currently are both registered as Republicans.

A secret society (Irish Republican Brotherhood), Militias (Irish Republican Army, Irish Citizens Army and Irish Volunteers) and Political Parties (Sinn Fein and Irish Parliamentary Party). In the case of the political parties and militias, they had it where some were appearing as moderate and others as radicals.
