I think he has a pretty good shot, I would say a better shot than he did in 2016. In 2016 people didn’t show up to vote because Clinton was a dumpster fire and every democrat knew it, and Trump was a wildcard and every Republican knew it. Since then he’s done a lot of really good things for the country and he’s won over the republican base. The biggest threat he faces is the idea that the democratic base is fired up about stopping his re-election, so we’ll see a lot more leftist voters this election. What’s hurting the demonrats right now is all of the infighting. All of the candidates are currently fighting to be as far radical left as they could possibly be, and that’s not really going to do them any good in the general election. The majority of voters don’t want abortion on demand, they don’t want to eliminate the border, they don’t want to get rid of employer provided healthcare, all of those opinions only gain them favor on Twitter from the people who are too woke to go to the ballot box and cast a vote anyhow. Biden is the only legitimate threat against Trump because he knows politics well enough to remain somewhat moderate which is essential to win over the people in battleground states who legitimately may vote for either candidate, all of the other dems are just virtue signaling and it’s going to lose the actual election for them.

I think that is the goal, to keep any democrat from the presidency, so no extreme action from Trump until reelected.
