The majority of women are sheep. They need good shepherdesses (aka role models) to guide them.

Females copy successful females. It's safe. It's a way to signal to other females that they want to be socially accepted, and so not a threat. It's their own form of basic pattern recognition. Males have higher, more abstract pattern recognition skills, gleaned from tens of thousands of years of hunting, warring, inventing, etc.

Women also evolved differently because they were in a wholly different environment and have a completely different set of hormones affecting their cognitive skills.

Anyway, that's why there are no truly genius female writers, artists, mathematicians, etc. Females are copiers, not innovators. It's just evolutionary genetics.

Instead of a complete switch to feminism, the stupid equality thing should have taken place slowly, over time, so that women could evolve on a genetic level to match males.
