Basically, There are two choices.
conservative party wants to impose heavier consumer tax and accept more immigrants to rebuild our economy.
Liberal party try to remove taxs and oppose to accepting "cheap labour" to boost economy. Still they have no realistic plan to rebuild this nation.
Which party should I vote for?

To be honest your political system is just as cucked as ours. You only have two real parties to choose from and any other alternative gets to complain in parliament while the same old politicians decide the future of your country without ever polling the population on any serious matter. Given your description the liberal party seems like the more obvious choice since we see the outcomes of the conservative's policies in Europe, especially Germany, but I doubt that they are going to achieve these goals given that, from what I've heard, Japs seems do like immigrants due to them not experiencing as much diversity as we do.
