Every effort Trump has made to build the wall has been blocked by members of Congress (both parties), the judiciary, and local officials.

The things you can blame Trump for is things like filling his two top foreign policy positions with Israel-first neocons, having his jsutice department go after the Proud Boys, Julian Assange, and "anti-semitism", but do basically nothing about antifa. Also letting half his supporters get censored off of social media, and doing nothing about it except psot a couple tweets. These are things that Trump could control, and is doing a shit job.
