last vestige of american culture I know of is an old drive in theater that's near my town. never any niggers or spics there whenever I went. Niggers can handle water to differing degrees. Some will literally drown in 3 feet of water, because, yes, they are that retarded and lacking of natural instinct that all organisms should have to keep them from drowning. But some nignogs can handle water levels that they can walk in and that never get so high that they can generally keep themselves above water without difficulty. There are the rare ones that can actually swim even though that's very uncommon. So there are tons of blacks in the US who are OK enough with water that they can handle water slides that empty into not too deep water and 3-5 ft high lazy rivers with inner tubes.
