3) Not be anti-white or anti normal cisgender.

And I need them to offer 1-3 in a better way than then opposing party. If GOP offers improving the 2nd amendment, not just keeping it at a baseline of the late 2000s, they get a weight over the DNC. If the Republicans are more aggressive on immigration then they get a weight over the DNC. Ibid #3.

There are also positions the republicans would have to cater to my vote in. Ones which they can either weigh the scale in their favor or in the DNC's favor. I don't want Ayn Randian style "Soak the rich" bullshit. The more the GOP focuses on that the more it benefits the DNC in my vote. But if the DNC is crazy enough and too light on their scales I'll just have to stomach the GOP or go third party. At the current rate the memedog dems are going to get swept out again in 2020 because they never gain party support. You'll see a minority DNC almost complete split down the middle between New Dems and CPC, either the progressives take over or they split. Still too early to tell. If they do split though you'll see a GoP exodus as well shortly after a smaller party formed from blue dogs and purple republicans like Murkoswki and Collins. The main reason that comes to mind is First past the post system of electoral victory. If you get 1 more vote than the other guy you get the whole pile. This makes multi-parties impossible because if there are 100 votes and it goes:

Then party A wins everything. So it behooves factions to coalesce into a larger group with internal tensions than to try and compete on their own. Odds are Paul Ryan doesn't give a shit about the 2nd amendment. He'd be happy with a NY SAFE act if it meant a tax break for the rich and getting rid of welfare. Likewise, the gun nut would not care or even be thrilled at Wall Street getting taxed to high hell - he just can't get his gun rights from the DNC so he has to go to the GOP.

People don't care about orthodox political science. They want to be free, want others to be free, and want America to be America. But all this and more leads to the lack of the ideal party you mention. Personally I think immigration is the singular existential issue because across the board it represents an existential threat to the health of the nation-state and democracy.
