If you read the Chinese classic novel, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the period is similar to now in which literally everyone was granted an "Imperial Office of State" for even the most menial of tasks, entirely because the Han Empire had degenerated so far.

Essentially then it becomes obvious we are in the downfall of the current culture. Whether The West totally collapses into centuries of anarchy and race war or if the nationalist forces in the West are able to quickly take power once the idiots in control can no longer grip onto the levers of society is anyone's guess- but anyone who thinks "just go outside and it'll be okay bro" is delusional about the current state of the world. It won't be okay, not without a lot of work and the establishment of new offices, new degrees and new positions that are rightfully earned instead of handed out to further the elite's agenda, an agenda which is obviously going to lead to societal collapse.

It has to be (((honourary))). The amount of work that goes into a PhD paper is ridiculous. Mine is in applied mathematics and it hit 150+ pages. Between the original research and travelling to 4 conferences all over the continent for consults and input, it was a full time 50-60 hr a week job for 2 fucking years.
