It's literally impossible for humans to be this large though. You can't just scale everything up and call it a day. Human body is as large as it is because of conditions we find ourselves in - atmospheric pressure, oxygen amount in the air, gravity. Making people even 50% larger would make our bones unable to support the weight, cardiovascular system unable to transport oxygen quickly enough and a thousand other issues.
