So what i'm hearing is that today's hearing was: >Anyone: "did you head the investigation" >Meuller: "What?" >Anyone: "Did you head the investigation" >Meuller: "C-Can you repeat the question?"

Facebook Agrees to Pay $5 Billion and Implement Robust New Protections of User Information in Settlement of Data-Privacy Claims
>The Department of Justice, together with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), today announced a settlement that requires Facebook to implement a comprehensive, multi-faceted set of compliance measures designed to improve user privacy and provide additional protections for user information. The settlement also requires Facebook to pay an unprecedented $5 billion civil penalty — the most ever imposed in an FTC case and among the largest civil penalties ever obtained by the federal government.
>In a complaint filed today, the United States alleges that Facebook violated an administrative order issued by the FTC in 2012 by misleading users about the extent to which third-party application developers could access users’ personal information. The complaint further alleges that Facebook violated the Federal Trade Commission Act by deceiving users about their use of this and additional sensitive information.
>As reflected in the stipulated order filed with the complaint, Facebook has agreed to settle these allegations by paying a $5 billion civil penalty and implementing robust, new compliance measures that will change how Facebook prioritizes and approaches user privacy issues. These new compliance measures include appointment of an independent assessor to monitor Facebook’s conduct, privacy reviews for all new or modified Facebook products, establishment of a new Independent Privacy Committee on Facebook’s Board of Directors, annual compliance certifications by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and various reporting and record-keeping requirements. Under the stipulated order, the Department of Justice and FTC will share responsibility for monitoring and enforcing Facebook’s compliance.

Mueller was put in charge of the democrat witch hunt and told to keep his hands off because he was just a figure head to trick normie republicans into believing it was a genuine investigation and to give shitlibs cover >how many times did you watch redditshits and mediafags say MUELLER IS A ROCK RIBBED REPUBLICAN
Drudge plays a double game, he pisses you off times and pisses liberals off at times... but overall he's probably the biggest media factor in the rise of the Trumpian right.

>“Through the use of more than 20 front companies, the defendants are alleged to have sought to obscure illicit financial dealings on behalf of sanctioned North Korean entities that were involved in the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction,” said Assistant Attorney General John Demers. “But through the tireless efforts of federal law enforcement, we were able to shine a light on their lawless conduct and take the first step in bringing them to justice.”
but dems DIDN'T get what they wanted, of course you can idict the president once he is out of office for anything. You can indict the president RIGHT NOW if they had any real evidence, but they dont. Everyone, even the most die hard dem, knows that the "INDICT HIM WHEN HE LEAVES" is nothing more than empty hogwash
If the IMPEEESH crowd gives up and stays home they are guaranteed to lose 2020.

>You can indict the president RIGHT NOW if they had any real evidence How is it possible to still believe this? OLC guidelines ring a bell? The proper course of action is unfortunately impeachment which is political and not legal.

Brooklyn Man Who Submitted Over 1,800 Fraudulent Immigration Applications Indicted on Twelve Counts of Making False Statements in Immigration Documents
>The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Vermont announced that on July 18, 2019, a federal grand jury returned a 12-count indictment against Arleigh Louison, 53, of Brooklyn, New York, charging him with running an immigration fraud scheme that included the filing of false statements with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, including over 1,800 fraudulent applications for over 1,000 petitioners within the last four years. Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) agents arrested Louison today in Brooklyn, New York, and executed a federal search warrant at his office. Louison will appear later today in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Louison’s arraignment in the District of Vermont has not yet been scheduled.
>The indictment charges that the false statements were made in connection with Form I-360 petitions for status adjustments under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). In short, the indictment charges that Louison presented or caused the presentment of adjustment of status petitions containing false statements to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Service Center in St. Albans, Vermont claiming that the petitioners were victims of abuse. The indictment also charges that these petitioners, who paid Louison for his services, did not discuss abuse with Louison, were not abused as described in the petitions, and did not authorize the statements made in the petitions Louison submitted to USCIS. The indictment also charges that Louison fabricated fee waiver petitions on behalf of these individuals without their knowledge.
