Any non religious people not believe in dinosaurs? I found this thread and it has alot of stuff in it that makes the dinosaur thing seem like an industry of cobbled together speculation turned into a meme for consumption. I also have the gut suspicion about giant birds/lizards (whatever it is now) walking around on earth is not feasible. Don't bring any talk of satan or the bible in this as there's lots of mundane secular reasons to be doubtful of this field.

fossils dont lie and they dont require your belief
/thread
Read about the bone wars and how much the skeletons at the museums you see are based on artistic license.
There is hard physical evidence of dinosaurs. You don't have to "believe in them" because it's a fact they existed.
Why are theists always so raging stupid?
Non religious flat earther here. Dinosaurs were either fake or we lived alongside them.
evidence does not require belief you turbonigger.
I see no reason not to believe they existed, even if some reconstructed specimens don't match their real-life appearance of yore.
And I mean look at that thread:
>One skeleton found 150 years ago had parts missing
>Someone modeled a fake skull for it
>So clearly "the proof" is incorrect and the fact that this skeleton is still on display with the entire story of the fake skull still attached can not mean anything other than that the public is being deceived
Ever hear about Hydrarchos Sillimani? Fossil hoaxes are as common as the fossils are. That doesn't mean the latter are less real, it just means that fake ones do also exist.
I've heard all the doubts, but I've also seen crocodiles and cassowaries, so it's not too hard to envisage something fucking terrifying between the two having once existed.
As for evolution, the current diversity of living things obviously hints at some kind of "tree" of development.
There's lots of bullshit in the details, but the general principles seem pretty sound to me, and I'm not some dogmatic fedora type. I'm willing to entertain all possibilities, and am aware of how much deception is a major pillar of our contemporary society, but a lot of what dissenting people online are trying to sell us these days just doesn't ring true to me.
Reread the intro, not theist.
kys
I’m not religious (except when it comes to the gym) and I believe in dinosaurs because I’ve seen their bones in the ground.
At most I believe its very possible gravity was different in the far past as this is about the only way dinosaurs could have lived at the sizes and shapes they were.
I can't fucking stand these modern, cucked feathered dinosaur depictions. (((they))) are even trying to ruin our dinos, fucking bastards.
Only a handful of therapod dinosaur remains have been discovered to have had PARTIAL plumage. Not this faggot chicken shit.
Dinosaurs are obviously somewhat bullshitty, they now openly admit that a lot of the skeletons are extrapolated from a fucking toe bone. Also they found that T-Rex bone which cracked open and still had stinking rotten marrow and other matter in it which really bolsters young earth theory.
Remember, Satan runs higher education so basically believe the opposite and trust only Jesus.
Oxygen content in the air was much higher back then than it is now, and this can be verified by testing the sediment from below the KT extinction line. Up until the Triassic period, respiration was backwards (plants absorbed oxygen and gave-off carbon dioxide, and animals did the opposite.)
This seems to coincide with mass volcanic eruptions putting so much Co2 into the atmosphere that life eventually adapted to essentially reverse their respiratory functions, and this also lines up with the beginning of the Mesozoic era.
>fossils don't lie
The people who find those fossils can, very easily at that. Believing that we are told everything is simply naive at this point, remember that everyone has an agenda.
>PARTIAL plumage
Pic related.
this
plus, they make up much more than they discover
more profitable $$$$
some idiot in a thread a few month thought that the "fossils" on display in the museum were actually fossils.
I had to post the links to the museum for him to prone that they were plastic models
I'm totally human, bro. With le 100% face. 100% anglo saxon goy with a fire in his belly and a passion for prehistoric megafauna.
kek, it's true. They have unearthed literally about 40 dinosaurs with a very slight indication of feathers on the neck. That's 40 specimens too, not species.
Probably exaggerated to blaster evolution to aid the destruction of religion and spirituality.
They're usually not plastic, but molds made from plaster. Even fossils themselves aren't bones like everyone seems to think. The calcium in bones is exchanged into the surrounding rock, and fossils are literally just rocks in the shape of whatever was there.
I know you probably already know this, but I get carried away when talking about this stuff because I'm a bit of an autist when it comes to dinos.
Are you saying dinos breathed CO2 and exhaled oxygen and that somehow because there was more oxygen in the air that allowed a sauropods heart to be able to pump blood all the way up the neck to the brain? The gravity thing is really that people dont know how a single heart circulated blood in our gravity in many dinos and many others would be unable to get up if they ever fell down
Science is true whether you believe in it or not.
>I found this thread and it has alot of stuff in it that makes the dinosaur thing seem like an industry of cobbled together speculation turned into a meme for consumption.
Anything can be turned into a money-making industry. A lot of people make a fortune selling overpriced medicine. Does this mean that medicine in general is bad?
>I also have the gut suspicion about giant birds/lizards (whatever it is now) walking around on earth is not feasible.
Birds are a type of dinosaur. The non-bird dinosaurs were neither bird nor lizard. Also, not all dinosaurs were larger than humans.
>cluesforum.info
I stopped reading this almost immediately. Dinosaurs farted themselves to extinction? No serious scientist has come to that conclusion.
>Non religious flat earther here
How does this even work?
Well, in America velociraptor antirrhopis was definitely feathered. Velociraptor mongoliensis was feathered. Most the smaller late cretaceous and on dinos had feathers or protofeathers. T. Rex was unfeathered. Most if not all early sauropods were unfeathered. There were unquestionably feathered dinos before archaeopteryx.
Not quite. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly when the switch happened, but it lines up very well with a very volatile period of mass volcanic activity. I can't find my book right now because I have too many, but if I remember correctly, it was at the beginning of the triassic period; about 300 million years ago. It is also speculated to be a gradual change.
Good call on the sauropod idea though. I'm not very well read on exactly how they know that, but I suspect it's largely conjecture, or maybe the odd fossil has been found with faint imprints of these sacks. (Organ imprints can occasionally be found if the creature died in tar or something like that). It's probably true though desu, I think even whales have a similar system.
It's easier to say that giant dinosaurs had air pockets in their bones to keep the weight down. This isn't even a hypothesis. There is evidence of this in the bones themselves.
Never heard of this, sources?
pretty easily actually. Abrahamic religions are a kike trick. Just like (((atheism))).
Really? The feathers in that pic remind me of the fur on a wolf or a bear ... or perhaps the feathers on a hawk. Not embarrassing at all.
>Only a handful of therapod dinosaur remains have been discovered to have had PARTIAL plumage.
Given that birds ARE theropod dinosaurs, this claim is highly dubious.
Well actually majority of people in Middle Ages believed that earth is round.
You can see that in painting depicting Jesus and god holding onto a ball (earth)
Also Moses described earth as round when he was viewing it from heaven.
So I think being flat earth can be non religious
Based, people ignore this happened
Octopuses are more "eerie" and nonsensical, if that what you are after..
Is that a deinonychus? I can easily believe that raptors were feathered, but even still, I'm not aware of any complete remains that show full-body plumage. It's usually on the neck and tail. I might be wrong, obviously. I just hate how cucked they make them look when they go full chicken mode and even give them proto wings instead of opposable arms. And don't even get me started on the Tyrannosaurus.
As I say, I currently can't find the book that I have that goes into this in depth, but I originally found out about it in the Jurassic Park novel. (Ian Malcom says it in response to someone saying that humans are destroying the planet) and as it turns out, Michael Chrichton took attention to detail very seriously, and did mountains of research before writing the book, and I found out about it thereafter. I'm trying to google it to get some actual studies for you, but google is obscenely bad at handling basic queries nowadays. It'd help if I knew the exact name for this phenomenon. I'll have a look for ya, bro.
>OP gets his science from obscure tinfoil forums full of fags that don't understand science
Science isn't some perfect answer to everything. It's a tool used to try to understand reality as best as humans can. Being a tool that is used by humans, it's going to have flaws and biases attached to it. As time goes on and humans correct those biases and flaws we get more evidence for dinasours and evolution, not less. Maybe you should gather up all of your evidence against the data, present it and collect your nobel prize
>they now openly admit that a lot of the skeletons are extrapolated from a fucking toe bone.
They only do this when they find a toe bone that looks very similar to the toe bone in a separate skeleton that is more complete.
>Also they found that T-Rex bone which cracked open and still had stinking rotten marrow and other matter in it which really bolsters young earth theory.
No. A very tiny amount of soft tissue was found in the bone because there are natural processes that can turn bone marrow into a substance similar to leather. It wasn't "stinking" because it was microscopic.
>Remember, Satan runs higher education so basically believe the opposite and trust only Jesus.
Are you saying that kids should do drugs? ... because that's the opposite of what schools teach.
>Given that birds ARE theropod dinosaurs, this claim is highly dubious.
This is true, but all I'm saying is we have so far only confirmed it to the partial level. No specimen has ever been found (at least that I'm aware of) with total, full-body feathers.
>Up until the Triassic period, respiration was backwards (plants absorbed oxygen and gave-off carbon dioxide, and animals did the opposite.)
I have no idea where you got this, because I have never heard of it.
not even science fiction because I wouldn't even give it that much credibility.
GET WOKE!
>remember that everyone has an agenda.
Such as selling Bibles?
So ... does the existence of Peter Popoff disprove the Bible?
Plastic models are often used in museums to protect the real bones from damage.
>implying dollar store doesnt sell KJV for $1
>implying a church would gladly give you a nice $10 Bible for free
wouldnt*
Atheism can be traced back to Ancient Greece and Ancient India. The Israelites were extreme fundies at the time.
Thank you, if you find it I will appreciate
So? ALL depictions of Jesus are artistic license.
>2019
>the plebs still haven't realized that time contracts and expands
>a thousand, a million, a billion years can pass in what we now feel as and call a second
>the chimpanzees still haven't realized that without an observer to create linear time time stands perfectly still
>they also haven't realized that retrocausality can make anything be real
>dinosaurs were fictional once, were memed into the ground, and may one day not exist at all again.
>all history is fiction that became reality that is fiction
>it can be changed
>these worthless primates haven't even realized that this is why TV shows, "academics" and documentaries now depict niggers in Ancient Greece, medieval Europe and so forth
>they haven't realized this is a war waged against us in the past, the present and the future.
You are definitely trolling because not even a UKuck can be retarded enough to think plants and animals switched respiration at any point. If your aren't trolling, please sterilize yourself immediately.
>Kent Hovind
This guy also believes in chemtrails and believes that vaccines cause autism.
He also claims that a Jackson's chameleon could grow into a Triceratops if given enough time.
Thunderf00t has already pwned this guy enough times.
Truth. Mine hands out a ton of KJV NTs.
It sounds like you stumbled upon the issues of piecing together what the dinosaurs actually looked like and the amount of fuckery that went on there.
However you decided to either post bait or be a fucking moron and decided that despite the massive fucking size of some of those bones, SKULLS, FOOTPRINTS, etc that dinos are entirely not real.
Fuck off either way lol.
What condition was the bone preserved in? how old is the actual bone?
same, never heard of it either.
I did hear that oxygen content was like 70% of the atmosphere back then though, which would allow much bigger forms of life to exist.
Oh fuck, I'm sorry lad, I was well off. It appears to be that the very earliest plants from the Ordovician period (about 470M years ago) were responsible for this, and it was more of a build-up of oxygen (that nothing at the time had any use for) that eventually led to a gradual switch, but it would have taken a staggering amount of time. Like I said, I was way off. I read too much and sometimes i get mixed up.
Some people believe that swearing "on a stack of Bibles" mean you are not lying. That's why some people own several copies.
>thinks churches give bibles away for free
By free he means you have to listen to our propaganda first, blah blah blah, Jesus loves you and died on the cross because you're a dirty filthy human who I created along with my dad who knows everything and knew everything from the beginning knowing most humans would suffer and then burn in hell then sent Jesus to atone for your sins so apologize for being human you filthy scum... Top kek here's your *free bible*
Those forms of atheism are different from the degenerate form of atheism we have today.
That's funny. Generally, the average guy who preaches about science & reason is simply parroting things he half-remembers from a HS school book or Reddit, so it's not surprising at all. Religion isn't the only modern dogma
>Up until the Triassic period, respiration was backwards (plants absorbed oxygen and gave-off carbon dioxide, and animals did the opposite.)
What? I don't think that's how it works, dude.
Chemtrails are real and vaccines cause not only autism but cancer as well.
Dont believe giant lizards roamed the earth or in space or jewish fairytales
They may not lie, but why do we assume we know the language it's speaking
I love and hate how the flat earther prank got wildly out of control
>thunderf00t has totally pwned this guy
Wow, some e-celeb kike was able to do what 15 or so College Professors couldn't do in public debates freely available on YouTube? Amazing.
Interesting that these dinosaurs and prehistoric beings existed for almost two hundred MILLION years, and did not form higher intelligence
Kent Hovind is a based madman.
>Jesus Christ
>Judaism
Pick one and only one, newfag.
I just assume that as always athecucks will completely ignore this.

i thought fossils weren't bones though?
checkmate paleo shill get rekt
how do we change reality to make it one in which you've never heard of Jow Forums
