If I heard he was cooking babies in the white house kitchen and serving them to foreign diplomats I still would not give a shit. The entire political sphere has become entirely too personal over the past few years and there is entirely too much negativity and contempt directed at me personally, and my family and my culture, and my race, and my sexuality, and my gender, and my level of college education, and my geographic location, and my moderately held religious beliefs and so forth.
"The other side" is just entirely too hostile to me personally. I would never vote for them or support them. Just as Trump said he could "shoot someone on 5th avenue and not lose support", it is the reality.
