My bones are weak but here goes: Imagine if back in 1942, with the total capitulation of France and England's weakened state, some west/north African warlord got an army together, one capable of stalling the Bongs, mutts, leafs and ozzies long enough for Operation Barbarossa to go as planned and the Italians to hold important oil lines in NA, imagine this timeline where Stalingrad is taken by surprise in the late summer and not early fall, with most of the high ranking Soviet officers killed or gulaged and Russian industry still unprepared for a full scale German attack.
