Okay look. I know most people don't understand cooking, but uneven seasoning and placement makes for a more flavorful dish.

Instead of having every bite taste the same, by making each bite taste different or have different intensities of flavor, the dish becomes more enjoyable for the consumer. This is why Italy wins this one, but that does not mean American pizza is bad, they both have their strong points and weak points.
