Nothing makes you more racist than being around them. I was a typical "all races have equal potential" type of guy until I went to school in Los Angeles. USC is supposed to be the "Harvard of the West Coast", and it's very nice. But if you walk off campus in any direction, you're in the worst neighborhood in LA.
