It doesn't have anything to do with blacks in particular, just that many women wish to display their "empowered" status by resisting expectations. Also, deep down they feel too inferior to date white men. They know they will be seen as the scum they are in they eyes of the white man. Whereas in the eyes of the inferior black man, they believe they will appear superior. To women, it doesn't matter what they are, only how they are perceived. Being devoid of any substance, they are completely dependent on the world's view of them.
