I'm sorry, user, but I just went from being on the fence, after voting for Trump TWICE, to a full fuck you Trump. You see, I have visited Switzerland, where they have a de facto $20/hr minimum wage (in 2008) and it was fucking paradise, and it was no more expensive than these United States. Rent in Zurich was about the same as Chicago, less than Manhattan or San Francisco, and food, considering that it was all top shelf organic, cost the same as the midwest. The wages in USA are the same as they were 20 fucking years ago, and any asshole that doesn't recognize that is either colossally stupid or so privileged and out of touch that they are totally clueless as to the plight of the average American. The minimum wage should actually be $21.50 an hour, and anyone arguing against that is a moronic bootlicker or a robber baron scumbag. Or that particularly stupid son of a bitch that thinks if he went to college for 4 years and is only making $21.50/hr then how DARE anyone think they deserve that without a Degree? Never mind the fact that he'd be making twice that quick enough if there was any real economic justice here.
