what we've done in the schools around me is just have the parents gang up and harass the school office until they mandated that kids need to be vaccinated.
My mom works in the school admin office, and according to her, the unwritten rule is that if a kid is unvaccinated they throw every technicality they can at the person to prevent them from enrolling their kid. Our school district has a lot of money, so it can afford to play chicken with a law suit.

This island is too expensive. These grocery store prices are Canada tier. I went to the Midwest a few weeks ago and the grocery prices are so cheap. Everything was so cheap. the island isn't for young people. it never has been.
you go off to college, get experience elsewhere or in the city, meet somebody, then, when you're ready to settle down and have a family, you move to Long Island in your 30s with financial stability.
My sisters commute to school, and I feel really bad that they're college experience took place on Long Island.
