Basically Mueller report said that it doesn't "exonerates" DT. The problem is that not the job of persecutors, they don't exonerate anyone because of the presumption of innocence. They either charge with crime or they don't.
So republicans were reeing on that, while Mueller stammered and said he doesn't know the details of his own report.
Democrats pretended that exoneration is something normal and the fact that he wasn't exonerated means hes guilty.
