The next day I quit smoking cold turkey, I went on a diet and started exercising, I went to my doctor and stopped taking all the garbage pills he was prescribing me and most importantly I made an effort to not get upset or angry, to be nice to others and myself, be a better man. This has been going for a bit and I have never been happier in my life. Everything in my life is 180 degrees from what it was. I have a new better paying job, I lost 200lbs, I won a car at the casino, happy family happy life.
