Even if this is the case that a few had adopted greek writing pagans almost never shared religious beliefs with outsiders. Often because they had cultish beliefs that knowledge gave more power and didn't want to share their rituals with outsiders.

None of them had recorded religious beliefs in any significant depth. Most of what we know come from a small number of poems or folktales that survived. In many cases, there wasn't even a unified religious belief. Was Loki a Jotun or a Aesir? It literally varied from town to town. Paganism wasn't even unified or coherent.

Paganism is older than Chrstianity and influenced much of modern tradition. Generally Chrstians become defensive anytime you point out flaws of Christianity but are quick to the disney, larp, or cum drinker insults instead of defending it. And often their defences are circular arguments based on "muh bible" instead of anything factual. Christianity started the dark ages, not Paganism. Belief in God will save you from the plague, user, dont worry about washing your hands.
