If you are unemployed for more than 6 months you don't factor into the stats. So that's dishonest. Also if you look at the job reports, most jobs added are retail tier which you can't raise a family with. Usually goes the most with retail, followed by construction followed by healthcare mostly for aging boomers. So if you want to talk to start a family and you aren't in construction or a nurse you are fucked.
