DACA Recipient Loses Status after Transporting Illegal Aliens

Nobody who passes through Guatemala can apply for asylum in the US unless they applied in Guatemala and got rejected. This basically permakills asylum for everyone south of Mexico that comes by land, and we've already got the ability to turn around Mexican citizens at the border without a hearing.
