Sorry, should have included that. I used to see this fuzzy bluish-purple aura around people and things just faintly when I was very young when I was in dim light, it also matches up with my experience. It works. The idea is to get your body completly asleep while you mind is still awake. Kinda inducing sleep paralysis. From that state on you can proced.
