IQ tests on kids under 15 are pointless. In fact, blacks sometimes get scores well above 100 precisely because they have genes that make them grow faster but reduce adult IQ.

1. the people that are able to migrate to the UK are of higher intelligence than normal because it cost money to leave and the UK is selective in its immigration policy ie degree holders and the elite

It has a lot less to do with them being the top percentages of their populations and a lot more to do with the age of the test. On almost all IQ tests done on children blacks score a lot higher than when they grow.

IQ tests are adjusted for age, 100 here is basically the average for a pre-teen, not a demographic that peaks in intelligence.
