I think the longer the Democrats shit the bed the more likely it becomes. Your average voter doesn’t really care much beyond their income and their job security, both of which are doing very well right now. It’s easy to find work and the tax cuts allowed more people to keep more of their money.

People on Jow Forums like to say a couple hundred or thousand extra dollar a year isn’t much but Obamacare made insurance premiums go up very quickly for most people, so having less money taken out of their paycheck goes a long way towards reelection of whoever is in power.
