I've seen 18% being referenced as "underweight". That's the cut-off for me. 20% is the average percentage of body fat for indigenous women. It's also what the majority of men find to be the most aesthetically pleasing. But a woman with 24% would probably be seen as sexier.

I'd recommend you get protein shakes and eat chicken, fruits, and vegtables, Just check the calorie count. With that, make sure you get enough protein to sustain your muscle mass (If you don't work out, it's one gram of protein per kilogram. If working out, it's gram per pound.). I'd recommend you work out or you'll have this skinny and no muscle look, which you REALLY don't want. Just don't exceed over 1,200 calories a day. If you want to get skinny, do cardio and workout doing sets in 3x12-15 (12 at minimum, if you do all sets at 15 you need to go up in weight.). If you want to have the appearance of buolgy muscle, 3x10. If you just want sheer strength, 5x5. For strength, don't do cardio and for hypertrophy, light cardio at max. Unless you just want to say screw any and all muscle mass, in which case once your done your cardio weights go straight to the treadmill
