It's not. It's a practical forum. The problem is the liberal spammers and liberal false-flaggers posting in here. Some of the posts seem cyclical as if they were being re-generated by someone's browser running XML and fetching groupings of items from their huge storage.
It doesn't help that for about 3 months prior to when a VICE article came out about Jow Forums having a lot of hate posts, there was a suspiciously huge huge spike in the number of hate posts. The OP in them typically abandoned the posts and made new ones. This pattern continued all day and night, for similar types of posts. So it was either a project or mechanical. I bet it was the producers of that specific VICE article that wanted to juice up sales of their article to Vice. So they probably spammed the hate posts to justify their article's selling price.
