>Any tips for exercising your body that it’s not hurting my body like hell? keep doing it, your body will adapt
Austin Garcia
Stretch before and after, really stretch no just bullshit stretching. Hydrate before and after. Eat a lot of protein, get good sleep. you'll be less sore once your in better shape. LIFT WEIGHTS
not sure if you know how to swim, but doing laps in a pool is a very good overall workout that's far less stressful on your joints than running.

If you’re that self conscious about it, get a pair of dumbbells and a cheap bench. Make sure the dumbbells are quite heavy but still liftable. Go on YouTube and start learning, after a while they will get lighter, at this stage start doing the reps slower this will ramp up the difficulty tremendously. Then you’ll be macho man and go to the gym. Good luck
Jayden Perez
I’d prefer squat, but no lifting, not in the moment, because I don’t wanna fuck up my height
Anthony Butler
>fuck up my height
What the fuck are you talking about
Liam Gutierrez
I’m learning it, it’s hard for me for some reasons
Isaac Phillips
I heard that if you build up your muscles, that will limit your body height. I heard it, so...

This is gonna deplete your dopamine and highses your cortisol. Walking is the only acceptable exercise.

Search for a work out plan, there are tons of them for beginners. Find a good work out playlist of music to cover your workout sessions, try making several varied lists. Try to stay motivated and stick with it, it will eventually just become a routine part of your every day life. Don't expect immediate results. I suggest getting into some form of self defense class if you can afford it. Good luck and get fit.
Dominic Jones
Well you seem to be, scince this aint Jow Forums.

i have one but its currently blocked by bottles and i dont know how heavy it is. i was lifting it in my computer chair and threw my back out last week.
regardless, sure. >diet keep a good amount of carbs and protein. I usually hear from other Marines that 1-2grams per pound of weight is ideal protein intake for the day. I dunno about carbs. Your body will tell you. Make sure you have a multivitamin that covers everything. The gummies are your friend. >exercise your body is going to hurt. The Corps, for all it's faults, is pretty accurate in saying that "pain is weakness leaving the body." Trust me, as a person who went from toothpick arms and skinny fat to a decent body, you will adjust. It will just hurt. A lot. And you have to get used to it. It will, after a long fucking time, stop hurting. This is physical maturity, and there is no substitute. Also take good care of your feet. You need three types of running. Distance (jogging), Weight (rucks), sprints. Ideally, you do three days a week of running. I do distance, ruck, and then sprints. hence giving it to you in that order. Start small, build up. So for you, just jog half a mile or a mile to start, then incrementally increase it by half a mile a month, and maybe put on a weighted vest so you go faster. Rucks are basically hikes with a heavy pack. I would put like 10 pounds in a backpack and hike at no slower than 4 miles an hour, for an hour. Most of that weight should be water, and halfway in between you should have used up all the water and refilled it, somehow, or just bring twice the amount of water you need. For sprints, just do the on/off method. sprint like 4 times, each time giving yourself the exact amount of time it took you to sprint, as a breather in between. Then keep increasing weight, decreasing time, and so on. >getting strong Cardio is key to this, timing is as well. Run after, not before, unless you're experienced. You want pushups, pullups, and as your pushups get easier, targeted weights. I'd buy a barbell and two dumbbells and do 21's with a military press, deadlifts, squats, and tricep extensions with the dumbbells
William Myers
140 isn't ideal for 5'7 lol. That's still twink weight.
You went from being untrained to training. Of course your body hurts and is experience soreness. You have to build up your strength/endurance/fitness over time.
Nicholas Lee
Same I’m getting Jow Forums too
Cooper Richardson
I couldn't imagine living in a 3rd world like Cambodia and having such shit education like you do. This is absolutely retarded. Like hands down one of the most low IQ things I've read today. No wonder your country is a shit hole if the lot of you are this fucking dumb.
Dylan Wilson
It's a low weight but it's healthy BMI wise, in other words a good starting point.
You are beyond retarded. What makes you think you'll feel good when you JUST BARELY started exercising? Also, that pain? Ever heard of muscle soreness you absolute fucking imbecile. You're also posting on the wrong board. Go to Jow Forums and don't even post yet. First READ THE FUCKING STICKY you absolute brainlet dyel.
