I am, and you are correct. Students used to be allowed to bring their rifles to school and either leave them in their locker or car. Rifling teams were a thing. School shooters are glorified suicides so even if you removed guns from the equation the killings wouldn't stop. It'd either be stabbings, bombs, fire, or who knows what else.
