Have we ruled out lupus?

This patient has all the hallmark symptoms of a rare neurodegenerative disorder called Lambright's syndrome

It's not lupus, it's sarcoidosis. Treat the patient with broad spectrum aus-shitposting to induce him a heart attack. We will almost kill the patient but we will know where the shilling is coming from.

We need to run tests for auto-immune diseases.

Holy cringe just remembered they pulled this stupid horeshit a lot on house

The show makes up for this unbelievable stupidity by having really engaging and interesting characters though.

Seems like sound treatment. Need to ignore everyone for 30minutes and steal my cancer ridden bes friends lunch just to be sure.

The show is the exact same formula for every episode and for every season.
For the season is House finds a nemesis (the detective, the investor, the psychologist...) and he's forgotten halfway through the season. At some point during the season House also quits or tries to self-destruct and Wilson unfriends him to befriend him back again. Also one or more of the team quits or gets fired to get hired back again.
Like you said, if it wasn't for the characters/actors the show would be unwatchable.

Eh. A rare number of episodes are genuinely distinct and worthwhile. Less than 10 total, probably. Most are standardized because that's its genre - it was explicitly a procedural from day 1. That's like complaining that a soap opera or anime is same-y on every episode, it's what you signed up for and it's the stated intent of the thing. It's surprising there are ANY standout episodes given its genre.

oh i need to shit so hard

Put your finger in your ass to fish it out

Yeah, there were some genuine episodes but the difference is that the basis of the show is that nothing really changes (unless actors decide to leave the show).
I can't help but compare it to other shows like Malcolm in the Middle or The Office.
Sure, both follow a certain formula but the episodes are notoriously distinct.
In The Office relationships change and stay changed for the next episode. In House whatever changes there might be get undonde by the end of it or by the next episode. Even Scrubs that is also about hospitals was radically different from House.
If there's a genre for House-type of shows then it's a bad genre and House managed to stand out by its actors.

FUCK

That's not a fair comparison though. You're comparing a procedural to three comedies. They're allowed to have radically different plots each episode. A procedural is not, that's literally its defining feature is it's the same plot every week. That's the genre, and again it was upfront from day 1 about this.
You're right that it stood out for its actors (and I'd argue for its dialogue as well)

Yeah, yeah. That's why I said if it's a genre then it's a shit genre. Watching the same plot every episode with the same development... Sounds bad and lazy to me. Why not watch The Maury Show at that point? Or Hardcore Pawn or things like that? Probably much cheaper production, same effect.
What would be a similar popular show to House? Just to compare.

>lazy Spaniard can't google procedural
>doesn't know what a procedural is
Nah we're good here

How many languages can you.
I can tell you right now it's one

House was on before the writers strike back in the mid 00's and it was pretty popular among SWPL's. It was probably the biggest and most popular show at least in its earlier seasons. Only comparable shows may have been rescue me or prison break. Shit went down after pic related left. Later seasons was just momentum, and it was eclipsed by later shows like zombie fag shit, and meth teacher.
Scrubs was also the stronger, and perhaps best medical show because they had doctors helping write it.

Also there is a chick who goes to my gym that looks exactly like her, she wears glasses and is over 6 foot, now I have a giantess fetish.

>A foreigner doesn't know the english name for a shitty genre nobody should watch anyway
I know what procedural means but since I'm not a fat dorito muncher that watches Tv all day I've never heard it applied to classify a Tv show. So, even if I get some results on google looking for "procedural show" I can't find anything that's remotely close to what House does. Yes, shows like CSI or The Shield have independent episodes that are like mini-movies with the same characters. Yet, they still don't fall for the exact same cliché over and over and over. If you can't understand it you're right, we're good here.

Sounds like someone's ready for a siesta
You were doing so well, you even found the answers yourself before getting all cranky and assmad

You're the one that started the ad-hominem when you ran out of answers and couldn't admit you were wrong (or didn't know how to prove it). The crankiness was your interpretation, probably because you got emotionally invested on defending the show. But that's not my fault.
