Is this the intent of liberal political correctness? A privileged white woman firing a low income Hispanic man? Who's the privileged one here? What's the right answer as to whom has a right to be most offended? Is this a situation that resolved correctly? We've got all the correct talking points for Liberals to get all wound up. Minorities vs whites. Low wage workers vs high wage management. Males vs females. And yet, it's all mixed up.
And to be clear, this legitimately happened at my workplace today. I'm just trying to figure out the most politically correct, most progressive answer for this mess that your ideology has created.

In the military, or at least the unit I was with, using a racial slur even if you're black can be punished/corrected because its unprofessional.
