Honest question, is there a Democratic candidate opposed to red flag laws or even any who doesn’t support even more extreme gun control measures? Because I am definitely still going to vote for either Trump or the dem, so if there is one who has a better record I would truly love to hear it
Right now the ATF form 4473 requires that you be determined mentally unfit by a judge. If you get help on your own recognizance you're still OK to own guns. Red flag laws may change that, which is why they're so toxic.
