>unidentified projectiles So if they were missiles, they would be identified. Sage larp lurk more
Its the trade war with china, its cocking up markets around the world including here. NK has literally nothing to do with anything besides telling trump and SK to suck his dick. No North Korea happening there are other things to worry about
I understand that, I'm not a rookie, but did asian markets open already? the plunge in the last 30 minutes was heavy, nk is just another catalyst and - as you said - is far from being responsible in the first place..but those things stack up, Iran seizing a tanker etc..lots of black swans everywhere

cant be good really, im not doubting anything will happen. But however china shut down our imports for food, and kashmirian war is kicking off. So i think something may happen.
the only way something will happen with nk, is if they have the steel balls to huck a fucking nuke or long range missile at japan, that will kick off a huge war. But they know if they do that shit they are done within hours. The only thing they have a chance at is a giant zerg rush for south korea which they could strategically win. If they did bomb the fuck outta them and did do a troop invasion they could, they have millions in the army.

Its the trade war, and the drop there is from trump declaring China a currency manipulator earlier today. US probably ramped something up.
speaking of trump, there's conspiracy theory flying around is he is a tsar and will just go to russia when hes done destroying us. But i doubt its real, someone should see if he has an ancestry tree hanging around. I dont hate the president at all im just spewing theories.
>fire + fury yes, NK is of not much importance, all that saber rattling back then was nothing but a meme..I don't think this is the big one yet, but when you read up forums whatever to 2008 financial crisis you see black swans starting to pop up everywhere on the way to climax

Didn't they do this multiple times the past week? Why did people think anything would change after decades of NK not changing?

>tfw no bloomberg terminal nice find, yes that's the one causing this smaller rout
they did, but when our markets are going down the drain we might do something. Iran still might be possible but i doubt it a little bit. But however we might help the indian kashmiran war if they ask for support. I dont even know who we would support honestly, we helped pakistan during the cold war.

What do you think the markets will do tomorrow? More selling?

SYDNEY — U.S. Defense Secretary Mark Esper said he wants to deploy an intermediate range conventional missile in the Pacific region within months, now that the Trump administration has formally pulled out of a Cold War-era arms control treaty with Russia.
>China amassing a force for Hong Kong >India moving into Kashmir >North Korea shooting missiles >Japan and South Korea trade disputes >Russia and US missile treaty dead, arms race bound to happen >Iran preparing for war Trump has destabilized the planet, we'll be on our way to military conflict soon enough

Brevity is the soul of wit. Whereas I, or frankly most other anons, would go at great lengths to explain North Korea's behaviour in various geopolitical and economic terms, this user bottles the acid in the most efficient manner imaginable, narrowing down the issue to its core essence, the plain and simple fact that North Korea is dickwaving, or "benis" as this user calls it. Yes, "benis" says it all. That is what it is. Benis. Thank you, user.
>implying any other president would be any different
sure he has, but atleast we arent into full full conflict, any other president would have probably dragged us into iran the one night he pulled out.
John Adams
NK would get mowed down by South Korea, the tech difference is absurd. Seoul would be glassed tho

it's hard to predict, but I don't think it's over, asia is selling off, then the eurozone wakes up, usually they buy just to get rekt when US markets open later on..and when germans sell that day after mutts buy in again..normally I would say this is just a healthy correction, but the shit is stacking up everywhere, lots of bad news and nothing bright ahead, most everything good priced in, some nasty stuff not priced in yet..also election is lurking. I wish dow would go up to around 30K for once so I can short it, but that hope seems to fade..but then again we had this scenario several times now (dow getting to around 27500 and retracting), then again people just don't know where to put their money as even housing markets are starting to get way too bubbly, so they may just buy in and pretend as if nothing has happened like after those last corrections

They did this the other day and all the US said was that 'they' re keeping an eye on things'. It's obvious that Trump allowed Kim to keep his nuclear tests as part of some peace deal, Kim sure as shit isn't going to let himself get Gaddafi'd and wants to have a nuclear back up..
I have given up on the hope that Kim nukes LA taking out Hollywood and fries Silicon Valley.
