Part of it is the loss of the rule of law. People (whites mostly) feel that laws are no longer enforced. This is from antifa shit to border security to homeless people acting stupid to any number of examples. This breaks the 'social contract' of granting the government the right to enforce law and we giving up the right of vengeance. People don't think about it this way, but that is happening on a sub level of thought. People are getting angry.
The second reason is that white people in general are being viewed as the enemy. They are being disenfranchised. This creates a feeling of hopelessness.
