If I'm going to be honest, I don't think much will change. Let's take a look at history.
I.) Rome
Rome fell due to a repression of subjugated peoples, paying them not to attack Rome but kept calling them barbarians. Eventually, they got sick of it and sacked Rome, already weakened due to a series of incompetent rulers and possibly lead poisoning.
II.) Byzantines
Again, peoples who lived in conquered territory and were considered "barbarians" or in this case "infidels"/"heretics" is more accurate. Eventually with some outside help, they rose up forcefully and took over Byzantium.
III.) Britain
Owned a not-insignificant portion of the world at one point, but lost most of their territory voluntarily as the conquered people once again grew tired of British rule. Of course, violent rebellions popped up here and there but due to modern weaponry wars of independence grew far more costly. This is why more diplomatic options started to be explored. Ultimately, Britain still has influence around the world, and they still exist today even if the sun has set on the British Empire.
IV.) Soviet Union
Communism, especially that special flavor practiced by the Soviets, was and is inherently oppressive. There were numerous armed rebellions to the Soviets, but overwhelming military force in the atomic era doomed these efforts to failure. Instead, the USSR was formally dissolved by Mikhail Gorbachev, and Russia, like Britain, is still around today.
All four empires I have listed have had significant cultural impacts on the territories they conquered, and often outside those territories as well. However, we can observe that as time passed Empires ceased to be dissolved by force, instead meeting their downfall through diplomacy.

There will be no conquering of the United States, America will still exist as a culturally rich place that many visit as tourists. I will also add that I do not think America will meet its downfall until at least the latter half of the 21st century. We are in the early stages of decline, with corrupt and greedy officials running the government, and the people realizing how bad it is. However, the advent of social media allows a minority of people to quickly look like the majority through spamming. It will be at least a decade if not more before the insanity you see on twitter actually spreads to real life. It has already started to bleed, but not much.
Of course all of the above could potentially be fixed with a few competent individuals placed in key positions. I give 2050 as the lower bound for the true collapse of American global domination, although of course, America will still exist as a country.
Didn't mention Hitler, Napoleon, the Chinese, Holy Roman, Catholic Church, or others as some I am not familiar with and some weren't around long enough to have a significant global cultural effect.
