All three are different. The first is a proper survival-horror game with slightly floaty controls, but there's a fix for that. The second game is an action-horror game with a much more driven story. The third game is the weakest of the three (focusing too much on being shooter-like), but if you can get through the first half the second half is literally a thinly veiled adaptation of At The Mountains of Madness by H.P. Lovecraft.
