Nay, m8, 'cause i got my hand on face recognition systems and got little doglike robot. So i will mount cheap plasma lighters to it, which works from single Li-Ion battery and make them run into a crowds, for fun.
Drones are already being used, and they are mostly autonomous. Having a human pressing a few buttons and making final decisions doesn't matter much. And you can bet that the military already has fully autonomous drones in their arsenal.
You can't hang cadavers like that, they'd be useless within hours. You have to keep them stored lying down. Also if you stored them that way they'd make a big mess unless you sewed their assholes/vaginas shut. This is definitely movie stuff.
