how is this even a left wing terrorism attack? Just because someone has political beliefs doesn't mean the attack was motivated by them, which is why an article like this is completely pointless.

Every single time there's a terrorist attack these days, everyone immediately tries to find political motivation, when most of these attacks are pretty random and not politically motivated, just some asshole that wants to kill a bunch of people like the aurora shooting, usually because they feel society wronged them in some way.

Unless the murderer explicitly laid out his or her motivations for the attack, like in the case of elliot rodger (incel rage), or the El Paso shooter (hatred for immigration, white nationalism), or Dylan Roof (racism, hatred for blacks), or the NZ mosque shooter (hatred for Muslims / Islam / immigration / white nationalism).

Now, if it's discovered that this guy in Ohio had a manifesto or they find out his motivations were because of his political ideology, then by all means attribute this attack to that, but there's no evidence of that yet. It doesn't even make sense. Why did he target this bar in particular? He shot both black and white patrons of the bar, mostly just random people that were in there, and police killed him within a minute of him opening fire before he could kill more random people. He had a history of violence, a school "hit list" of classmates he wanted to murder, as well as fellow students in his school saying he made threats and was violent in general. Sounds like a pretty violent / dangerous person in general, but until they can link it to his political leanings I don't see what the point of this is. You guys are just so desperate to shift the narrative because the El Paso shooter literally left a manifesto laying out that he was motivated to attack by race and his political positions, driving 10 hours just to murder immigrants in a heavily immigrant city.

Several points about your retarded image.

1. It's not attack it's incident. This is important because burning a cross on a lawn and killing 50 people non a nightclub both count as a single incident.

2. They classify anyone with small government views as radical right wing. This includes religious people. This essentially makes 50% of the US potential terrorists.

3. The actual motivation for whatever the incident is doesn't actually matter. If you hold small government views and you kill someone, that will be counted as a radical right-wing attack regardless of intent.

4. These types of categorical associations are not done with the left or Islam.
