There's no source listed, it doesn't mention where the shootings happened, and it doesn't mention what the death toll is in order for it to be a ''Mass public shooting''.
If the numbers are correct, the person that created this chart probably chose to define MPS with a high minimum death toll - which COULD be accurate in that case.

Should be higher for Hispanics because of organized crime - think drug smugglers in Florida and gangs in California. Maybe someone's skewing the stats by changing the definition of Hispanic, I've seen it before.

I meant the source on where they got the numbers, racial profiles, etc. from. However, I looked at the excel file and it's probably easy to check on the statistics reported.

If I were to guess, the reason there are so few black/hispanic shooters is because they didn't classify gang and drug related shootings as mass public shootings.
