Not just Jesus. Most of the stories in the Bible are flat out retellings of stories from older civilizations.
The Messiah, the Crucifixion, rising from the dead after three days, performing miracles, healing the sick, the baptism, the great flood, the ten commandments, and on and on and on.
All of these Biblical stories are lifted from older stories out of Egypt, Sumer, etc. The history is out there. Go learn it.
