The singular biggest flaw with national socialism is the information imbalance in personality. The state which is more important than the individual must reform or remove those who don't fit. The problem is that if evolution does exist (and it does in technology if no other place) those who are varied are necessary for the success of the species when conditions change.
So either the system must force itself to find a balance of inefficiencies in the face of efforts to get more efficient, or it must find ways to force everyone into personalities that make them unhappy.
