Ok, sorry if i sound retarded, but when it comes to the red flag gun laws, what makes NOW different? In 2008 when dems had total control, they didn't even attempt to bring up gun control, in 2010, they had the votes, but not the political will, and in 2012, they didn't even have enough votes to pass obama's dream act, so what makes anyone think that there is a politocal will, or even enough votes to pass any law pertaining to gun control?
