Well here's the issue - that democratic part stops functioning when your nation gets invaded by people who see you as an "evil white racist" and will intentionally vote for everything that goes against you, and then you have manipulation through mass media so even your own people vote against you, and if that's not enough every alphabet infiltrates and stops radical movements so they never reach the administration - and there you have it, a radical solution is virtually impossible in that country.
